With the bipartisan border bill all but dead in the Senate (the chamber is voting on it now), I initially thought it would be a waste of time to continue linking to arguments for and against it. I’ve reconsidered, however. Despite the legislation’s collapse, it will remain a topic of conversation through the election year.
