I’ve avoided linking to commentary about Donald Trump’s “bloodbath” comments because I’m not sure the discussion surrounding them adds anything useful to our dialogue. I came across today’s column, though, and it turns the matter into something of a learning experience. For whom? You’ll have to read the piece. But this election is a do-over for everyone. The side that learned the most from the last time seems the most likely to win.
