With Super Tuesday finished and our general election candidates almost officially certain, the parties can now train their full focus on other questions. For national Republicans, one of those questions is, “How do we reclaim suburban voters?” For national Democrats, it’s, “How do we reclaim rural voters?” Today’s columnist, a former Congressional candidate, tries to answer his party’s respective question. Hopefully, someone in management is listening. If they are, I’d just follow his advice with one more query: What do you have to lose?
