On Tuesday, our link involved the Supreme Court’s decision to restore Donald Trump to Colorado’s primary ballot. Since that time, a concurring opinion in the case (disagreeing with the majority for stating Congress must legislate to determine who is eligible to run for office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment) has garnered attention. Rather than picking one side of the argument to feature, it seemed worth featuring the best argument from each side. No matter what the talking heads scream, this is a complex issue, with each position having its merits.
